Decent little intro to writing a standard Java portlet

    One of the biggest problems dealing with any Portal, not just Oracle's, is the immense learning curve for all aspects of the product. Including how to create portlets. Here's a decent overview of creating standard Java (JSR) portlets. Not specifically tailored to Oracle but I found it a good way to help me write my first Java portlet:

    Rex this is a good tutorial, but how did you deploy the portlet into oracle portal? I tried to deploy the portlet using the enterprise manager but I have no way to test it.
